| For a multinational industrial automation company in the Rotterdam area we are looking for 2 multi lingual IT support agents. You support the internal users in the EMEA area, both by telephone and on-line. | ||||||||||||||

De functie | ||||||||||||||
| • technical IT support background in education and/or as work experience • experience at a helpdesk or with another experience in customer service; basic ITIL knowledge and experience with service desk software (we're using HP Service Manager 7) is a pre • language skills: We are looking for 2 agents. For one agent English and Italian (and preferably French) are necessary. For the other agent, English and German are necessary. | ||||||||||||||

| • fast learner, interested and motivated • good communication skills • service oriented: no nonsense mentality - straight forward, with goal to solve problems and have a happy customer • good analytical skills (recognizing problems) • pro-active approach (taking action when seeing issues) • organized and reliable (being on time!) • social / good team player and at the same time good at working responsible on his own tasks • age does not play a role Applications we work with and experience (in 1st and/or 2nd line helpdesk support) would be a plus: • Windows (basics) - currently mainly XP • MS Office • Remote User support: RSA / VPN / Checkpoint • Lotus Notes • Cisco IP Phone & voicemail administration • SAP (basics) • For other applications like Citrix, Peoplesoft, IFS, Clarify, Flexi, Blackberry support, experience is not needed, but welcome of course If the candidate has experience or special interest in desktop support, IT training, documentation, basic project managment or mobile device support etc., we appreciate it as well. | ||||||||||||||
